Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field preferred.
Experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations or business development in healthcare/CRO sectors.
Strong communication, data orientation and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of early-stage to mid-market clients within a regional segment.
Lead outreach using AI-driven platforms, digital tools, and automation to scale outreach.
Identify, qualify, and convert prospects; guide opportunities through qualification.
Collaborate with ADMs and regional directors to support strategic pursuits.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce; contribute to reporting and forecasting.
