Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and leading end-to-end engagement with clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, or business development within healthcare or CRO sectors preferred.
• Strong communication, data orientation, and ability to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within regional customer segments.
• Lead outreach and engagement from lead generation through qualification and proposal development.
• Collaborate with ADMs and regional directors to support strategic pursuits.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce and contribute to forecasting.
