ATC Automation is seeking a Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Northeast, focusing on life sciences and adjacent industries. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of life sciences BD experience, deep knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical device development, and a proven ability to close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of business development or sales experience within life sciences.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device development processes.
• Custom automation experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in life sciences and related sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach and referrals.
• Establish and grow relationships with engineers, procurement, and leadership in target accounts.
• Develop customized proposals addressing technical, regulatory, and operational needs.
