Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Advisory Manager to lead the Life Sciences accounting team within the Client Accounting Advisory practice. You will drive client work with a focus on GAAP, consolidations, and financial reporting, while mentoring a global team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Massachusetts-based role offers a remote-capable environment with a robust total rewards package, including bonus potential and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 10+ years in CAS/CAAS in a public accounting firm.
• 3+ years Life Sciences industry experience.
• Experience driving controllership functions: cash, AR/AP, close, payroll.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with financial reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Life Sciences accounting team.
• Ensure timely delivery of client work and accuracy of deliverables.
• Provide guidance on accounting principles and calculations.
• Lead a global team, mentor staff and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and ensure billings are processed timely.
• Maintain quality control and identify process improvements.
