Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Life Science Solution Marketing Manager (Maternity cover) to lead solution marketing strategies for Life Sciences apps from a remote home-based setting.

You will build deep customer insights, craft messaging, and lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with Product Management, Commercial and regional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years marketing experience in Life Sciences or related industries.
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans and demand generation programs.
• Ability to translate technical information into compelling value propositions.
• Experience in integrated programs across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and optimize campaigns.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute solution marketing strategies aligning customer needs and business priorities.
• Build customer personas, insights, market trends, and buying behaviors.
• Create differentiated messaging and value propositions for Revvity technologies.
• Lead integrated marketing planning for strategic solutions, including campaigns and events.
• Partner with Product Management to connect technologies into workflow solutions.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new innovations and launches.
• Develop content strategies across the customer journey and channels.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to craft tools and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to optimize programs.
• Monitor market dynamics and opportunities for growth.
