Zusammenfassung

HORIBA Instruments is seeking a Life Sciences Sales Specialist to manage a US territory, selling existing HORIBA portfolio tools and instrumentation while driving adoption of the growing Life Sciences portfolio in R&D, analytics, and manufacturing.

The role reports to the Life Sciences business unit and collaborates with cross-divisional teams to develop a robust revenue pipeline. Candidates should bring deep biopharma knowledge, strong sales skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in biopharma/pharma.
• Experience with spectroscopy or chromatography sales preferred.
• Strong presentation and consultation skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote HORIBA products and services to expand customer research and manufacturing capabilities in biopharma markets.
• Deliver value propositions and conduct product demonstrations with support from the application team.
• Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships to grow key applications within the territory.
• Use CRM systems and technical software to manage opportunities and customer data.
• Identify key decision makers and understand client culture and decision processes.
• Collaborate with Life Science BD to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Expand HORIBA’s product portfolio across client functions to deliver compelling value.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through engagement and support.
• Stay informed on life science regulations and compliance requirements (FDA/USP).
• Demonstrate excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
