Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Account Manager Life Science Research (f/m/d) to own and grow our microscopy portfolio across Dresden, Leipzig, Jena, and surrounding areas. The role is fully remote to cover the region, with on-site visits about three days a week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences required or related field.
• Strong sales experience in microscopy, spatial biology and/or proteomics preferred.
• Excellent communication and business acumen; ability to exceed targets.
• Ability to travel 40% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and grow the microscopy business across Dresden, Leipzig, Jena and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate with Advanced Workflow Specialists and Channel Partners to win new business.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain active engagement with customers, including on-site visits.
