The Ritz Agency is seeking a Remote Life Insurance Sales Rep to build relationships with clients, guide them through life insurance options, and close new business. You’ll work hot leads, follow a proven sales process, and be supported by leadership, technology, and coaching.

First-year earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000, with top performers earning $100,000+. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with matching, health and life insurance, gym reimbursement, and birthday PTO, all with a Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license required.
• Experience selling life insurance products.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Coachable, positive, and self-motivated mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
• Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow the agency's sales guide for hot leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and referral opportunities.
• Explain life insurance coverage and its value.
• Follow up consistently with quotes and active prospects.
• Overcome objections and close new business.
• Ask for referrals and explain the referral program.
