This position is an exciting, fully part-time remote Life Insurance Agent role for individuals seeking a flexible and rewarding career that can be done from the comfort of their own home. In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals who have shown interest in life insurance products, enabling you to focus on engaging and serving clients.
• Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments and helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals and insurance requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Training & Development: Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps, accelerating learning and growth.
• Sales Tracking: Use tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices.
