The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-starters for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You’ll manage your own pipeline, set appointments, and guide clients through underwriting and policy options.

You’ll have exclusive leads, access to 43 carriers, direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and a weekly team call with scripts and ride-alongs. This is a commission-based position with no salary.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Accountability for own results and time.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.
• Straightforward with clients; trust is essential.
• At least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Manage your own pipeline of people who requested information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions, walk through options, and apply with the client.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
