The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-starting individuals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline and set calls by phone or video.

Work with 43 carriers, exclusive leads, and direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, plus weekly team calls, scripts, and ride-alongs. This is a commission-based role with licensing required or planned before your first sale.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Accountable for your own results and time.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions, present suitable options, and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep clients informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
