You will speak with leads who requested information, guide households through options, manage underwriting, and keep notes in the CRM. Ongoing training, access to exclusive carrier leads, and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• Comfortable working from home with reliable internet.
• Good with people and honest when the answer to a question is 'it depends'.
• Able to manage your own time with minimal daily check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
