The Wood Agency Life is seeking a remote, 1099 life insurance sales professional to help families understand options, guide licensing, and complete applications. This role is open to career changers and requires self-motivation and strong communication.

You will work with carriers across 43 options, access exclusive leads, and receive mentorship while building a independent, commission-based business from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn a regulated product and manage your own time from home.
• State life insurance license required before selling; licensing timelines vary by state.

Responsabilités

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
