You’ll guide cases through underwriting, keep clients informed, and log interactions in the CRM while learning products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• State life insurance license or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Willingness to learn quoting tools and CRM.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with people who requested information and set appointments by phone or video.
• Walk through coverage options and complete the application together.
• Follow each case through underwriting and update the client along the way.
• Log calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM and learn products through ongoing training.
