The Wood Agency Life is a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You’ll help families who asked for information understand their options and apply, working from home on a schedule you manage.

You’ll call or video-chat with prospects, assess each household’s needs, explain coverage options in plain language, complete applications, and guide families through underwriting while keeping CRM notes up to date. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Life insurance license or plan to obtain license before first sale.
• Comfortable working from home and handling calls via phone/video.
• Discipline to manage own schedule without supervision.
• Authorized to work in the United States, 18+.

Responsabilités

• Call or video-chat with people who requested information.
• Assess each household's situation and priorities before showing options.
• Explain coverage choices clearly, then complete the application together.
• Follow underwriting and keep the family updated through the decision.
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM as they happen.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, carriers, and state rules.
