You will help families understand options and guide them through licensing first. You will speak with people who requested information, assess household goals, present suitable options, complete applications, and accompany clients through underwriting and licensing.

Qualifications

• A career changer from any field who is willing to learn a regulated product.
• Good with people and honest when the answer to a question is 'it depends'.
• Able to manage your own time at home without daily check-ins.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• A computer, a phone, and reliable internet.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
