You will handle follow-ups, document in the CRM, and maintain knowledge of products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training. This is a contract-based role offering mentorship and carrier access."

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call-center environments.
• Ability to listen before explaining options.
• Comfort guiding customers from questions to a decision.
• Willing to complete state licensing; timelines vary by state.
• Need a computer, phone, and reliable internet.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Return calls from people who have already asked about life insurance.
• Listen first: learn the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Explain options in plain language, then complete the application together.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM so no follow-up slips.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
• Keep learning products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
