Qualifications
- A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale.
- Experience in banking, lending, or credit union member service is preferred.
- Ability to discuss family finances respectfully and without pressure.
- Strong attention to forms, disclosures, and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Contact people who have already requested information and book appointments.
- Review finances and obligations before discussing coverage.
- Explain carrier options and complete applications together.
- Handle applications and disclosures accurately for underwriting.
- Track cases through carrier reviews and keep clients informed.
- Log activity in CRM and maintain compliance training.
