Zinnia is seeking a Remote Life Insurance Sales Associate to handle inbound leads via phone for life insurance customers, delivering a smooth, consultative experience from home.

Base salary $45,000-$50,000 with potential total compensation of $175,000+ for top performers; benefits include health/dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement. Remote eligibility excludes several states. You will join a collaborative team that values coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, dialer-based sales role.
• Active life insurance license.

Responsibilities
