Job summary

Zinnia is seeking a Case Management Associate II to manage a caseload of life insurance applications remotely in the United States. You will guide applications from submission through underwriting, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centered mindset. A life insurance license is encouraged, with base salary in the $40k–$45k range and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ work experience in life insurance case management.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license.
• Strong communication and listening skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications through underwriting.
• Request and obtain underwriting requirements from clients and review underwriting decisions for better options.
• Master carrier workflows, underwriting processes, and relevant software systems.
