Meron Financial Agency is hiring life insurance sales agents to work remotely in the US. You will assist clients via phone and Zoom, guiding them to suitable policies from 60+ carriers. Work with inbound and warm outbound leads with daily activity logging to meet production targets.

The role offers 100% commission with no cap, plus incentives and ongoing coaching to help you grow. Training from scratch is provided; Durham-area in-person touchpoints are optional.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Ability to engage clients and manage conversations.
• Must be US-based; remote role with occasional in-person touchpoints near Durham.
• Must pass a background check; licensing support provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients choose life insurance policies over phone/Zoom.
• Handle inbound or warm outbound leads, avoid cold calling.
• Log daily activity and track progress against production goals with mentor support.
