Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume, dialer-based sales role.
• Active life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective customers by phone.

• Use a consultative sales approach through the application path.
• Collaborate with sales teammates to solve complex client issues.

• Receive 1:1 coaching, ongoing learning, and mentorship.
