The Wood Agency Life is seeking a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales professional. You will meet families by phone or video, listen to their goals, and present coverage options in plain language, guiding them through the application process.

You will work independently with exclusive leads, receive mentorship from the agency leaders, and participate in weekly team calls and script reviews to support your success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Gift for explaining complicated ideas clearly.
• Able to plan your own schedule rather than following a bell.
• Must hold a state life insurance license or plan to obtain one before first sale.
• Willing to learn a regulated field from the ground up.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Meet by phone or video with people who’ve already asked about life insurance.
• Listen to families' situation, goals, and worries.
• Explain coverage options in plain language and complete the application with them.
• Follow each application through underwriting and keep families informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on products and rules.
