This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor role offering schedule flexibility and professional growth within a growing industry. Prior licensing is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
