Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive for a remote, independent contractor role focused on life insurance solutions. You will educate clients, assess needs, present options, and guide applicants through the process. The position offers flexible schedules, ongoing mentorship, and access to multiple carriers.

You will work with clients via phone/video, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance while pursuing growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• License in Life & Health Insurance preferred or willing to obtain.
• Sales or customer service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on client goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM platform.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
