Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions. You will educate clients, assess needs, present options, and guide them through the application process.

This is a remote, independent contractor role with a flexible schedule, ongoing training, mentorship, and access to multiple carriers. You will maintain CRM records and adhere to licensing and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with phone and video consultations.
• Licensed Life & Health Insurance preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
