The Wood Agency Life is seeking an independent-contractor life insurance sales professional for a 100% remote role. You will help families understand their options and guide them through the application process, including licensing if needed.

This is a 1099 contract position with commission-based earnings and no salary. You will match families to coverage from 43 carriers, receive direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and participate in ongoing training, team calls, and scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work where listening came first.
• Able to explain options clearly and guide clients through licensing.

Responsabilités

• Return calls from people who asked about life insurance.
• Listen first to learn household goals and concerns before presenting options.
• Explain options in plain language and complete the application with the client.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM for follow-ups.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
• Keep learning products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
