The Wood Agency Life in the United States is seeking a 100% remote independent-contractor life insurance sales professional. You’ll help families who requested information understand their options and apply, while working as a licensed agent or while pursuing licensing in your state.

In this role, you will return calls, listen to goals, explain options in plain language, complete applications, and maintain CRM notes.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work where listening came first.
• Comfortable guiding someone from questions to a decision.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Return calls from people who have already asked about life insurance.
• Listen first: learn the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Explain options in plain language, then complete the application together.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM so no follow-up slips.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
• Keep learning products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
