You’ll work with exclusive leads from multiple carriers, receive mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and build your own earnings through commissions. Licensing timelines vary by state, and you must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work.
• Able to guide a household from questions to a decision.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Return calls from people who have already asked about life insurance.
• Listen first: learn the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Explain options in plain language, then complete the application together.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM so no follow-up slips.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
