Job summary

AIL is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve veterans and their families by guiding them through life insurance and related benefits from the comfort of their home. You will help members secure coverage to protect families and legacies while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities include making warm calls, assessing needs, and explaining policy options with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be able to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Experience in selling or telemarketing is highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Identify the financial needs of members and translate benefits of supplemental products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process and provide updates.
• Provide ongoing support after policies are in place, including beneficiary updates and claims assistance.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing life insurance sales.
