Qualifications

• Background in client service, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent virtual communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, coachable, and mission-driven.
• Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools.
• Passion for supporting veterans and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and families via Zoom.
• Explain coverage options with clarity and professionalism.
• Guide clients through onboarding and enrollment.
• Provide ongoing account support and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance.
• Attend weekly trainings, team meetings, and workshops.
