• Strong virtual communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom.
• Clearly and compassionately explain available life, accident, and health benefit options.
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Maintain accurate, compliant digital records and timely follow-up communication.
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops.
