Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring to support veterans and their families with understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a purpose-driven, veteran-supportive culture.

You will conduct pre-scheduled virtual consultations, explain benefit options, guide enrollment, and maintain compliant records. Training, licensing support, and performance incentives accompany a pathway to leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits advising, client service, or consultative sales.
• Strong virtual communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital documentation tools.
• Personal connection to supporting the veteran community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families
• Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide post-enrollment support
• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and follow-up communication
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops
