Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Benefits Representatives to educate and assist veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and families with life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. This 100% remote, entry-level role offers training and mentorship to help you start a rewarding career from home.

You'll meet with members via Zoom, explain options, assess needs, and guide enrollment with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• No experience required for entry-level positions.
• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually using Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Assess individual needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
• Guide members through the enrollment process.
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support.
• Maintain accurate records while following compliance standards.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development.
