Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand benefit needs.
• Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions.
• Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support.
• Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and leadership development workshops.
