Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide 100% remote telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Join a flexible practice with steady referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and strong clinical support.

Deliver weekly telehealth sessions (CBT and related approaches) to adults, with measurement-based care and collaboration with psychiatrists and peers. Remote, contract role with paid per 53+ minute session.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions (video-based) to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
