Mood Health is hiring independently licensed therapists in Washington for remote telehealth practice. We handle client acquisition, scheduling, billing, technology, and operations so you can focus on delivering great care.

This W2, pay-per-encounter role includes clinical support, a built caseload within weeks, and regular case reviews, with compensation paid per encounter and potential quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license as LICSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults.
• Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth.
• Comfortable using electronic health records and video conferencing technology.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Previous telehealth experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through our secure telehealth platform.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with our Lead Psychologist.
• Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams when additional support is needed.
