Mood Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Washington for remote telehealth positions. We handle client acquisition, scheduling, billing, technology, and operations so you can focus on delivering great care.

This W2, pay-per-encounter role offers flexible scheduling, consistent client demand, and ongoing clinical support. We help build your caseload within your first two weeks and provide monthly clinical case reviews and supportive resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults.
• Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth and using EHR/video tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via secure telehealth platform.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with Lead Psychologist.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams as needed.
