Job summary

Mood Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Washington for a fully remote telehealth role. We handle client acquisition, scheduling, billing, and tech so you can focus on therapy.

This W2, pay-per-encounter position offers flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support, with caseload-building and monthly reviews to support your practice. We welcome clinicians with WA LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licenses, 2+ years of adult clinical experience, and comfort with telehealth and EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington clinical license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults.
• Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth and using digital tools.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong communication.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through our secure telehealth platform.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and maintain case notes.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborate with teams.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in case reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams when support is needed.
