Job summary

Mood Health is a telehealth-focused group practice seeking licensed therapists to provide compassionate, telehealth care to adult clients in a flexible, W-2 arrangement. We offer pay-per-encounter with supportive clinical oversight and monthly reviews.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted WA license (LMFT, LCSW or LPC), be comfortable with telehealth, and have 2+ years of direct adult care experience. Spanish is a plus but not required; Seattle area welcome for remote roles.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted WA license (LMFT, LCSW or LPC) in good standing.
• Must be able to provide telehealth sessions.
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on the company platform.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients.
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
