Mood Health is a collaborative group practice offering fully remote roles for therapists. We prioritize accessible care, flexible scheduling, and support for clinicians. You’ll work with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Commercial clients, with a pay-per-encounter model and ongoing clinical support.

We’re seeking unrestricted licensed therapists in WA who can provide compassionate, empathetic care via telehealth. Experience with video conferencing is a plus, and the role emphasizes client acquisition and

Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license in WA (LMFT, LCSW or LPC).
• Must be able to provide telehealth sessions.
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adults.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on our platform.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients.
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
