Job summary

Mood Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide remote telehealth services. You’ll join a collaborative practice offering pay-per-encounter, W2 status, and flexible scheduling. Expect steady caseload support and access to clinical guidance as you assess and treat adults with diverse backgrounds.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted WA license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) and be comfortable with telehealth delivery. Two years of direct care experience is preferred; Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license in WA (LMFT, LCSW or LPC) in good standing.
• Must be able to provide telehealth sessions.
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adults.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on our platform.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients.
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
