Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults.
• Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth.
• Familiar with electronic health records and video conferencing tools.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through telehealth.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide empathetic care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams as needed.
