The candidate will design job analyses, develop content specifications, and manage multiple projects to meet quality standards and timelines. Strong MS Office, SAS/SPSS/SQL, and workshop facilitation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in I/O psychology or related field.
• 3+ years in professional test development.
• Experience in Certification/Licensure testing.
• Psychometrics knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAS/SPSS/SQL.
• Client-facing and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conceives and validates licensure/certification tests.
• Conducts job analysis studies and surveys.
• Develops test content specifications and items.
• Leads item/exam development meetings (on-site or virtual).
• Performs psychometric analyses and post-launch evaluation.
• Prepares technical reports on development and maintenance.
