Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Test Development Specialist to lead the full cycle of licensure exam development, including content creation and psychometric analyses. This client-facing role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams, with occasional travel up to 25%.

The position is remote with flexible hours around core office availability, offering a salary up to $91K and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in I/O psychology, measurement, education or related field.
• 3+ years of professional test development experience.
• Experience in Certification/Licensure testing.
• Training in psychometrics.
• Experience managing multiple projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAS, SPSS and/or SQL preferred.
• Experience facilitating standard setting workshops with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate licensure and certification tests.
• Design job analyses via surveys and focus groups.
• Create and update test content specifications.
• Review test items for written and performance exams.
• Lead item and exam development meetings on-site or virtually.
• Perform statistical analyses of items and post-launch evaluation.
• Support standard setting workshops and studies.
• Prepare technical reports and client-facing documentation.
• Manage client projects to meet quality standards and timelines.
