Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Licensing Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Legal Department. This position is 100% remote and focuses on licensing support and project coordination for communities and affiliates.

You will research license processes, interpret regulations, gather documentation, file applications, and maintain records, while coordinating with regulators and internal teams. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in licensing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related licensing and permitting experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to learn and use internal software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing processes for communities and entities.
• Interpret licensing regulations and communicate changes.
• Gather documents for license and permit applications.
• File license applications, renewals, and changes with agencies.
• Maintain records of license statuses and prepare reports.
• Assist with site visits and inspections.
• Interact professionally with regulators, partners, and colleagues.
