Job summary

Randstad USA's Customer Operations team seeks a proactive Associate to manage licensing submissions in a fully remote role. You will coordinate 50-100 applications weekly and partner with Account Managers to resolve barriers while maintaining essential documentation for onboarding teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's with 2+ years in data entry or operations, strong MS Office skills, and a track record of accurate data management and clear communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in data entry, operations, or business licensing.
• Outstanding proficiency in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating tact and discretion when handling sensitive data.
• Proven ability to thrive with autonomy in a dynamic environment, maintaining meticulous accuracy in data management.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to independently drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of 50-100 licensing applications weekly, ensuring our clients operate compliantly and successfully.
• Partner with Account Managers to resolve licensing barriers, driving timely fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain vital documentation within our internal database, capturing process changes to empower our research and onboarding teams.
• Support cross-functional teams by performing critical account audits and managing multiple dynamic projects concurrently.
