Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is hiring a Licensing Lead to drive day-to-day licensing execution and scalable workflows for new provider types. You will oversee a pod of licensing associates and manage virtual-assistant capacity to support workflows.

The role focuses on compliance, speed, and provider experience as Nourish scales its provider network toward 25,000+ providers. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position open to NYC-based or remote candidates.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Licensing domain depth: state licensing requirements, applications, renewals for MDs, NPs, therapists.
• Proven people-leadership: set priorities, direct work, give feedback, manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a pod of Licensing Associates, set priorities and deadlines, review work quality.
• Direct virtual-assistant capacity supporting licensing workflows, including training and QA.
• Own end-to-end licensing programs: research, instructions, submissions, status tracking, renewals.
