Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is seeking experienced Staff Full Stack Engineers to join our Consumer, Growth, and Care Expansion Pod.

You will own major parts of the codebase, lead timelines, and drive features that shape Nourish’s core platform, collaborating with product, design, and analytics to transform patient and insurer interactions. You’ll report to the pod’s Engineering Manager and contribute to scalable technology across channels, with open roles for remote or NYC hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
• 4+ years experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Amplitude, incl. React Native for mobile engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship cutting-edge products and features at lightning speed without compromising on quality.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale codebase and team productivity.
