Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Licensing professional to support state licensing, reporting obligations, and regulatory filings across U.S. jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions in a remote-first environment. The role requires 5+ years in licensing/compliance within consumer financial services, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.

• Licensing/compliance/regulatory experience in consumer financial services.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing and regulatory reporting for state and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams on regulatory filings.
• Maintain licensing repositories, workflows, and guidance in the tooling.
• Prepare renewal applications and MSB reports across jurisdictions.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI to increase efficiency.
